15 Days til Christmas
So I'm not ready...
My husband's birthday has the nerve to be 13 days before Christmas every year, my best friend is moving down south for school, my close girlfriends have 3 babies coming due in the next few weeks, and it's Kinsley's first real Christmas although some would argue that.
I'm not ready... Am I the only one?
So for this post I'm introducing you into my crazy, self-inflicted crazy, but my crazy nonetheless for the next 15 days.
- Get the tree- this rain has been hating every time we plan to go
- Decorate the house
- Finish Christmas shopping- Kinsley and hubby are done :)
- Make the mailing labels for our Holiday cards and send out. And yes I do it old school with an envelope and stamp
- Hide my husband's gifts for as long as I can
- Wrap ALL the gifts
- Finalize the family pajamas
- Make the Christmas gifts for the daycare kids from Kinsley
- Several holiday parties
- Watch all my obligatory Christmas movies
- Go to work everyday
Now that I write all this out it doesn't seem so bad, but it is, I promise lol. Last year I was on maternity leave during this time and woooo child the work schedule truly does throw in a wrench in my jolly ole planning. I feel rushed and dare I say unprepared.
Imma get there though. Cus tis' the season.
